Can I cancel and/or get a refund?

All sales are final, and we have a no-returns and no-exchanges policy. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason or need to cancel your order, we will do our best to help make things right. How do I get my order?

Your order will be shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout. In some cases, you'll receive a coupon code to redeem on another website. We’ll make sure you know exactly what’s up in your order confirmation email.

What is the shipping time to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam?

Packages destined for locations outside the continental U.S. will take a wee bit longer to deliver. Please allow 15 to 25 days from the day of shipment.

How do I change my order?

If you entered an incorrect address, chose the wrong item or want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct your order before it ships. In the case that we are unable to make a change, you may have to pay an additional shipping charge for the replacement item. For this reason, please be sure to triple-check the items in your cart before you complete your purchase.

I referred a friend and I haven't received any credit!

All of your valid invitations will appear here. You will get a $10 credit when a friend you invite joins Doggyloot and makes his or her first purchase. Credit can take up to 72 hours to process after purchase. Please note: all credit is subject to approval.

Where does Doggyloot ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Doggyloot does not currently ship to Canada or internationally.

How do you keep my information safe?

We take your credit card security extremely seriously at Doggyloot. Any credit card information you provide is encrypted to prevent interception from a third party when it’s sent from your computer to our credit card processor. It’s directly transferred to Braintree's secure electronic vault, so none of your sensitive information is stored on or even touches our servers. Our suppliers and merchants are never privy to your credit card information. They only receive the information necessary to fulfill your order.

Why am I being charged sales tax?

We're based in Chicago, and the state of Illinois requires us to charge 9.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to an Illinois address.

How will my order ship and can I track my order?

Most packages will ship UPS, but your local USPS driver will make the final delivery. The carrier will vary for orders that ship from our suppliers. Shipping information is always listed on the deal page. For nearly all orders, tracking information is available on your account page. account area.

Where are your products made?

Most of our treats and chews are made in the United States. We do not sell any edible items from China. We also include a "Made in" section on the deal page, which tells you the origin of our edible products.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes, as long as Doggyloot ships the product(s). On occasion, our suppliers will send a product directly to you and a gift message cannot be included. Gift messages will apply to your entire order. To send gifts to different individuals or to split your order, you must place multiple orders. Your gift message will appear on the packing slip(s) sent with the item(s) being purchased. When entering the shipping address, please remember to use the gift recipient's address.

When will I receive my Toy/Treat/Chew of the Month?

Your first toy, treat, or chews will be shipped immediately upon checkout. Your toy will automatically be shipped on the 10th day of the following month and every month after. Your treat will automatically be shipped on the 14th day of the month. Your chews will automatically be shipped on the 7th day of the following month and every month after. If the 7th, 10th, or 14th day of a month is not a business day, your toy, treat, or chews will be shipped on the next business day. For all shipments, please allow 4 to 8 business days for delivery from the shipment date.

How does Doggyloot determine the "retail price" of an item it sells?

Retail prices may be based on a survey of other online merchants, tied to a particular merchant’s current or former price, or suggested by either the manufacturer or our supplier.

What is rescue bank and how does it work?

As of January 2015, Doggyloot.com was acquired by GreaterGood, which operates the highly charitable Animal Rescue Site™, and works to raise funds for many charity partners through various online actions. This recent acquisition allows the two organizations to join forces so an even greater impact can be made on the growing pet industry across the United States and Canada.
